About Me
Welcome to Kelly Burnett Counselling Service
I’m Kelly Burnett, a BACP-accredited counsellor and trained EMDR therapist. I work in a trauma-informed way, supporting private clients, organisations, companies, and insurance providers to work through emotional, relational, and work-related challenges.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore feelings, make sense of difficulties, and work towards positive change. I tailor therapy to your individual needs using a Person-Centred and integrative approach. I can also use EMDR, an evidence-based therapy particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted distressing experiences.
Together, at a pace that feels right for you, we can explore difficult situations, past traumas, negative thoughts, past experiences, grief, anxiety, depression and work stress, helping you reconnect with your strengths and your potential.
Let’s Talk
Do you want to do more, be more, accomplish more, but don't know where to begin? I'm here to help you get started.
It takes courage to take those first steps into counselling. Admitting that you need help doesn’t mean you are weak, in fact, the opposite is true; it means you are strong!
For you, like many clients, the first step is often the hardest, but it’s also the bravest and will prove to be one of the best decisions you will make for yourself.
Let me help you in your journey to becoming a healthier, happier you.
